I am here to embrace.
To embrace what is and what arises.
I am here to embrace you,
every part of you,
those parts of you that you love and are proud of,
those that you judge and hide,
those that you want to fix,
those that you want to get rid of
and those parts of you that you are unaware of.
I am here to embrace them all,
and to let them, and you, know, that this is a safe place to see and be seen,
to let them, and you, feel, that they (and you) are welcome,
that they (and you) are welcome to reveal and dis-cover.
I am here to love,
and do everything that arises from love.
This may include touch
or words,
this may include acts
and setting boundaries.
And it includes a constant inquiry,
staying in the constant question of
„Where does this come from?
Does it come from an ego-state
or from an open heart,
that allows love to lead, to move through and to speak?“
I am here to listen,
to listen to myself,
listen to my heart,
listen to my body,
listen to life
and listen to you,
your acts,
your body,
your breath,
your words.
I am here to feel,
to feel what arises within myself,
to feel the reaction of my body.
I am here to feel and to witness
what arises between us,
in the space that we open up,
that we explore and create,
and to witness what arises and shifts within you.

Holding space for me means:
I am here to embrace what is and what arises. To love, to listen, to witness and to feel.

What does „holding space“ mean to you?
I would love to read your perspectives!
